We have been involved in a number of projects since 2015

Since its establishment in 2015, our company has participated or is participating in a number of projects in the energy sector, especially in the field of flue gas greening.

Here we present a selection of those in which our company worked as a general contractor (EPC), and with regard to the scope, complexity of the technical solution, the achievement of extraordinary parameters or for other similar reasons, it is worth mentioning as reference contracts.

The subject of work:
Installation of booster pumps, including modification of the pipeline route to ensure increased fresh water pressure in the upper floors of the heating plant from the original approx. 80 kPa to 400 to 600 kPa with regulation of the pumps according to the required pressure.

Installation of DeNOx technology by SNCR method, in all professional activities from design to commissioning, incl. implementation of primary measures.

  • preparation of project documentation including the design of the route and the injection nozzle technology for disposal of dewatered sewage sludge through co-firing in power plant Veolia Olomouc
  • supervision during technology installation

Projekt: 
Installation of OffSite for DeNOx technology - boilers K14 to K19

The subject of work:

  • complete implementation of a new pipeline route in the length of 600 m on pipeline bridges for the transport of nitrogen to the new technological equipment,
  • design of technical solution and implementation of a new pipeline of warm cooling water from building 5712,
  • delivery, installation, commissioning of an ammonia water pump in the form of a replacement for an existing morally and physically obsolete pump and connection to existing pipelines.

The scope of work:
Design, construction and commissioning of a "turnkey" complete denitrification technology using the selective non-catalytic reduction (SNCR) method for a fluidized bed boiler with a B11 fluidized bed.

Instalation of SNCR technology for boilers K80 and K90

The subject of work:
Installation of additional technological equipment on fluidized bed boilers K80 and K90, with the help of which these existing sources will meet the necessary NOx limits, incl. ammonia slip according to the legislation valid since 2021.
